For the exchange of SKG products, please make an appointment with our service center by emailing us at: skg@setelco.com.sg . When you contact us, kindly provide your order details for verification.

– Receipt / Proof of Purchase (Soft or Hard copy)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Setelco Communications Pte Ltd (Setelco) is the official distributor for SKG in Singapore.
  2. A limited 1-year warranty applies to all SKG products purchased from an official SKG website, marketplace, or any authorized reseller in Singapore.
  3. Setelco Communications Pte Ltd reserves the right to void the warranty if proof of purchase is unclear or the product registration information is incorrect.
  4. The product is fully warranted against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase stated on the receipt, unless otherwise specified.
  5. This warranty is not transferable and is applicable only to purchases made in Singapore.
  6. The original warranty certificate and receipt must be produced together with the faulty product when claiming product warranty.
  7. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers in Singapore.
  8. To report or file a warranty claim, please email your request to skg@setelco.com.sg. Our customer service officer will arrange your appointment for product exchange or other services.
  9. All transactions will be conducted during SKG office hours unless stated otherwise.
  10. The limited warranty is invalid or void if:
  • Defects and damages are due to misuse, negligence, or usage other than the normal and customary manner.
  • The product is modified, disassembled, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than the sole distributor.
  • All warranty terms, conditions, and information stated herein are subject to change without prior notice.
